Chief Executive OfficerDr Maxwell Ejims is an avid researcher, a public speaker, prolific writer/author, gospel minister, an HR professional, a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMC- Nigeria),a member of the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN), member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN),certified Lean Practitioner, certified soft-skills trainer, certified Shell LiveWIRE trainer, certified leadership coach, and a certified management specialist in Time Management with distinction in London Graduate School (LGS). He obtained a Certificate of Professional Studies (CPS) in Leadership and Management from London Graduate School (LGS). He is a certified management consultant with a global practicing license.
Dr Maxwell Ejims is an accredited ISO 20700 trainer (CMC- Global), a distinguished thought-leader and influencer. He is affiliated with recognized international professional bodies and renowned leadership and management experts. He is the facilitator of the Consultants Development Network (CDN); a distinguished alumni of the Commonwealth University College, Cotonou, Benin Republic.
Dr Maxwell Ejims is currently the MD/CEO of Maxisoft Solutions Company and Consulting Limited. He partners with Shell, Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria (CIA); the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), and other reputable firms, as a certified consultant.
Dr Maxwell Ejims worked with Shell for over a decade. While in Shell, he was the regional HR process and systems advisor for Sub-Sahara Africa. He received several special recognition awards for successful coordination and implementation of key projects in Nigeria, Gabon, Cameroon and the global Shell Group (Royal Dutch Shell). Over the years, Dr Maxwell Ejims has gained international exposure and developed competencies as a strategic learning, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, leadership and management consultant. He has a deep passion for change and continuous improvement in Africa, and is currently involved in several projects and initiatives geared towards development of the region.
